Last week it was announced that the Black Sabbath Reunion Tour is finally happening. After many false starts, the tour and a brand new Rick Ruben produced album is in the works for Summer/Fall 2012. Founding Black Sabbath memebers Singer Ozzy Osbourne, guitarist Tony Iommi, bass player Geezer Butler and drummer Bill Ward were all on hand at the world famous Whisky A GoGo on the Sunset Strip in Hollywood, CA to make the huge announcement.

Black Sabbath has been ruling the heavy metal universe since its inception in 1969. They have sold over 70 million records worldwide and the original line up will be back together for a massive world tour. The founding members of Black Sabbath last recorded an album together in 1978. Hip hop icons Wu Tang Clan unleash their Wu Fest with American tour.

The Wu Tang Clan Wu Fest Tour takes the hip hop super group all over America to close out 2011 and ring in 2012. While more 2012 Wu Tang Clan tour dates are still in the works, the current version of the Wu Fest Tour itinerary brings them straight to over 20 venues in major markets across The United States from December through January.

Wu Tang Clan first hit the scene almost 20 years ago with the release of their smash debut “Enter the 36 Chambers” and years later, the Wu continues on with members RZA, GZA, Inspectah Deck, Ghostface Killah, Raekwon, Method Man, Masta Killah, U-God and Capadonna. The group pays tribute to fallen member Ol’ Dirty Bastard during their set. The moment WWE wrestling fans have been waiting over 7 years for has finally arrived as this Sunday night live at the worlds most famous arena; Madison Square Garden in New York City, The Rock returns to in ring action! November 20, 2012 WWE SURVIVOR SERIES – THE ROCK and JOHN CENA team up at Madison Square Garden in NYC

A legendary career came to a shocking end this week as Penn State fired its ironman football coach, Joe Paterno amidst a disturbing scandal. The Penn State football program has been turned upside down when information came out involving former defensive coach Jerry Sandusky and his inappropriate and quite frankly disgusting and disturbing sexual actions involving young boys in the Penn State football facilities. Mike McQueary will still be a coach for the Nittany Lions as they take the field at home against the Nebraska Cornhuskers this weekend. A move in itself that has raised a lot eyebrows and red flags. It was McQueary who was the key witness to the incidents in the shower room in 2002, it was McQueary who never contacted the police about it. Somehow, he still has a job, for now. The Jerry Sandusky Grand Jury testimony transcript was agonizing to read. The fact that Joe Paterno’s name is printed throughout it, will haunt the legendary coaches legacy forever.

As tragic and sad this scandal is to not only the football program at Penn State, but to the victims and their families, the show must go on. Joe Paterno, a fixture of Penn State football for more than half a century is no more. His legacy, crushed. His team, not his anymore. But life must continue for the Nittany Lions and they will be the focus of the sports world this Saturday as they play host to the ‘huskers at Beavers Stadium.

Holiday favorites Trans-Siberian Orchestra are going on tour!
