It’s official! Hell has frozen over, and Black Sabbath is reuniting for a 2012 World Tour!
Last week it was announced that the Black Sabbath Reunion Tour is finally happening. After many false starts, the tour and a brand new Rick Ruben produced album is in the works for Summer/Fall 2012. Founding Black Sabbath memebers Singer Ozzy Osbourne, guitarist Tony Iommi, bass player Geezer Butler and drummer Bill Ward were all on hand at the world famous Whisky A GoGo on the Sunset Strip in Hollywood, CA to make the huge announcement.
Black Sabbath has been ruling the heavy metal universe since its inception in 1969. They have sold over 70 million records worldwide and the original line up will be back together for a massive world tour. The founding members of Black Sabbath last recorded an album together in 1978. Now in their 60′s, the guys are excited to back back in action as the Black Sabbath Reunion Tour tickets will be a hot commodity.
