So there you have it. LeBron James, Dwayne Wade, and Chris Bosh will be teaming up in Miami next season.
The impact this so called “Miami Thrice” will have on the league is debatable. What is not debatable is that Miami Heat 2010-2011 tickets will be hard to come by, especially for a few scintillating games.
The 2010-11 Miami Heat schedule is yet to be released from the league, but you can bank on a Christmas Day matchup featuring Heat vs. Lakers, Heat vs. Cavs, or Heat vs. Celtics. With Miami Heat 2010-11 season tickets sold out in advance of LeBron’s Decision, it is a foregone conclusion that every individual home and road game will also sell out.
Are you ready to see LeBron James in a #6 Miami Heat jersey? Bosh in a #1 Miami Heat Jersey? Dwayne Wade, Mike Miller, and the rest of professional basketball’s new Evil Empire? Bookmark this page, which will be regularly updated as tickets become available to all Miami Heat 2010-11 games at American Airlines Arena and featured road games like:
The Dallas Mavericks have been the NBA’s biggest enigma the past couple of seasons. Once the class of the West, the Mavs haven’t been the same since blowing the 2006 NBA Finals against the Miami Heat, relinquishing a 2-0 series lead, and a 13 point 4th quarter lead, in a game 3 that would have basically clinched them the championship. Subsequent seasons have seen the Lakers, Spurs, and Nuggets surpass the Mavericks in the Western Conference standings. However, recent acquisitions of Shawn Marion, Caron Butler and Brendan Haywood have the Mavericks right back in the mix for an NBA title. How will they fare this postseason? Here is our 2010 playoff preview for the Dallas Mavericks.
Key Players: Dirk Nowitzki, Shawn Marion, Caron Butler, Brendan Haywood, Jason Kidd, Jason Terry
Head Coach: Rick Carlisle
How They Fared in 2009: Lost to the Denver Nuggets in Game 5 of the Western Conference Semi-Finals
2010 Mavericks Playoff Prediction: 2010 could prove a very interesting, and very successful postseason for the Dallas Mavericks. Always atop the NBA ranks for total offense, the ‘10 Mavericks are actually making an impression on the defensive side of the floor. As usual, owner Mark Cuban opened up his checkbook in 2010, flanking perennial all-star Dirk Nowitzki and hall-of-famer Jason Kidd with Shawn Marion, Caron Butler, and Brendan Haywood. The new look Mavs might have enough depth and toughness to avenge a 2009 playoff exit at the hands of the Denver Nuggets, with a rematch looming for the conference semis. With a little luck they could oust the L.A. Lakers in the conference finals as well, though we just don’t see that happening. A safe prediction for the Dallas Mavericks in the 2010 NBA Playoffs would be a Western Conference Finals loss – falling just short to the Lakers on the road in a decisive game 7.

Well wouldn’t you know Ticketmaster is scalping tickets for the pop princess herself, Britney Spears! We crunched the numbers and here are the results. A total of 15 shows are currently on sale on Ticketmaster.com and Ticketmaster.ca for Britney’s Circus tour. As of Saturday, June 20th at 5pm pst, Ticketexchange was offering a total of 5690 tickets for a whopping $1,478,550.64 (Ticketmaster is also holding high bid wins auctions and VIP seats which makes this number even higher). Here is a breakdown per show:
As if this isn’t disgusting enough, Ticketmaster is actually retailing a pair of tickets to the Las Vegas show at Mandalay Bay Resort on September 6th for $2,698.44 per ticket!!!!!!
So how do we know that Ticketmaster is responsible for these seats? Well we were lucky enough to catch a glitch on Ticketmaster’s part that placed the Ticketexchange seats on sale BEFORE the show even went on sale to the public! And since you need to register a bank account and input the bar codes from the tickets to list tickets for sale on Ticketexchange it is literally impossible that these seats could have come from anyone but a Ticketmaster insider. Here is a screen shot taken on June 19th at 3am (the show wasn’t on sale until 10am).
